I made the traditional Japanese New Years feast.
We had Panko shrimp,Inari, sushi rolls, chicken teriyaki,
cucumber namasu, Ozoni/mochi.I got so excited to eat that
I forgot to take a picture of the spread.
It was sad not having Justin, Janae, Cody, and Ric here.
We had the Madsen's over because I can't cook a small
amount of food anymore. I hope those that weren't with us
had a Happy New Year with something traditionally
Japanese to eat.
Here's to hoping we can get together next year!
